Got a Dispute?
Unfortunately as well know, in business things don't always (or never!) run smoothly. There are times when you may fall out with suppliers, customers or even neighbours. We can help with these disputes but can also add a touch of perspective to the problem - generally speaking litigation is going to cost you money and the sooner you can get back to running your actual business the better. Mediation?
Mediation is a very useful and cost-effective alternative to going to court. It allows the parties in dispute to meet up with the mediator, and with his help come up with an agreed solution in a matter of days instead of the months or years the formal litigation can take.
