We require an initial payment in order to carry out our searches. We want to get these requests as quickly as possible.

Sign and Return our paperwork

We’ll need to see some ID and your evidence of funding.

Now, you need to instruct us to take care of the legal side of your purchase. You’re one step closer to moving into your new home.

Contract Pack

The Sellers Solicitor will provide us with a contract pack and all legal documents.

Raise Enquiries

We’ll check all the information we receive and raise any enquiries.

Searches

The searches will come to us and we’ll update you.

You should be busy arranging your Mortgage

The lender will carry out the Survey.

Contact, Transfer & Mortgage

Once we have all the information, search results and mortgage offer – we’ll send the Contact, Transfer and Mortgage for you to sign.

Pay your deposit

You now need to pay your deposit (if applicable) so we can Exchange.

Moving Date

We will agree your moving date with everyone involved. Exciting!

We’ll request the mortgage monies

Lenders usually need 5 working days notice.

Now time to get busy

Book your removal company and sort your insurance.

Exchange of Contracts

You’re nearly there! This now means everything is legally binding.

All funds are in place and the final checks are done

You’re getting ready for moving day!

Completion day!

We sort out the Legal side and you can collect the keys and enjoy your dream home.

Register Ownership

We now register your ownership with the Land Registry and you will receive a copy.
