If you are looking to instruct us on more than one matter of a time, e.g. for a Will and an LPA, then discounts will apply to these quotes.
Home visits can be arranged, but there may be an additional charge.
If the outlined quote is likely to increase, we would contact you and obtain your consent before incurring any additional costs.
Powers of Attorney
There are 2 different types of Powers of Attorney. Property & Financial Affairs or Health & Care. Below are the Costs for producing one or both types of Powers of Attorney for one or two people.

*If you require your Power of Attorney to be registered, there will be an additional charge of £125 plus VAT, per Power of Attorney.
Registration work may include a court fee. This could be free or up to £82 per POA, depending upon your circumstances. Please ask us for further details.
If you have an emergency, for an extra £50 plus VAT, per person, we can complete a General Power of Attorney too.
