Sign and return our paperwork
There is a Property Information form and Fixtures and Fittings form which gives us the information we need about your home.
We’ll need to see some ID
And please send us any guarantees (e.g. Fensa, Gas Safe Certificates etc)
We’ll prepare a Contract Pack
We’ll prepare a Contract Pack with all the information about your property and send this to your Buyers Solicitors.
We’ll need a Memorandum of Sale
We’ll need a Memorandum of Sale from the Estate Agents showing all parties and the property sale price.
We’ll ask you to sign a Contract
We’ll ask you to sign a Contract so we are ready to go.
The Buyers Solicitors will raise Enquiries.
We’ll progress these and may need your input on some questions that have been asked.
The Buyers Solicitors will contact us to discuss a moving date.
And, your Buyers will pay their deposit and sign their Contract.
Don’t worry it may go a little quiet whilst we’re waiting for information.
This is normal and we’ll be in touch to move your sale forward.
Your Buyers Solicitors will now be requesting searches and getting their client’s mortgage offer.
Exchange of Contracts
You’re nearly there! this now means everything is legally binding.
Now time to get busy.
Book your removal company and finish your packing.
We’re getting the final checks done.
We’re getting the final checks done and finalising the finances such as the redemption figure to pay off your Mortgage, Estate Agents invoices etc
We’ll arrange for any funds to be sent to you after Completion.
Completion day!
We’ll sort out the Legal side for you and you just need to arrange to drop off the keys for your Buyers.
