And that’s why we are currently recruiting for a number of full and part-time roles, both Fee Earners and Assistants, to join our Conveyancing Team.

Our award-winning conveyancing team helps people to move home quickly and efficiently and we need to recruit people to support the demand for our services. People who have a real eye for detail and enjoy working with technology based systems.
We are a friendly bunch of people who really want to do the best for our clients, our department is put together with a Fee Earner and Assistant working as a team, so each of you will always feel supported by your colleague, your drive as a team player is essential.
So, if you are currently working in Conveyancing supported by a case management system or you have done so previously we are interested in talking to you. You might be working towards CLC or ILEX qualifications or indeed be qualified by experience.
We are looking for Fee Earners competent at managing their own files and completions.
Our systems and processes are constantly evolving helping us to provide an efficient service to our clients, so applicants must embrace this way of working.

We're experienced at this - we've been working with leading training providers employing Apprentices for over 12 years. It's not just about becoming a Lawyer, our Apprenticeships include Legal Executives, Administration, Marketing and IT. The Role

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our award winning law firm for 15 hours per week, to be based at our Sutton-In-Ashfield office. In this role you will be proactive in providing Marketing support to the Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include organising client questionnaires and client feedback, producing departmental letters, telephone reports, monitoring press coverage and the management of publications, emails and letters as part of campaigns to clients. The Marketing Assistant will also gain quotes and manage the ordering of marketing materials and will support events.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will include: -Responsibility for client questionnaires and feedback -Working with printers and other agencies -Liaising with all internal departments -Helping with staff and other Fidler & Pepper events -General administration -Responsibility for small marketing projects -Assisting the Marketing Manager on larger projects
 

Essential and Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications / Experience: Educated to GCSE level with a minimum Grade C in English and Maths, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Previous administration experience. Desirable Qualifications / Experience: Marketing qualification, Previous Marketing experience, Negotiation skills.
